One cube. Every athlete.

Start from zero.
50+ exercise guide, soft surface, less fear on every rep.

Keeps up with you.
440 lb rated, forgives the late-WOD miss.

Gentle on joints.
Impact absorption, fits any room, quiet.
Built for real training.
Engineered to replace a full equipment setup. Safer than wood, smaller than foam, more versatile than both.
Electric pump included. Firm, stable surface with zero wobble under full load.
Firm and stable under full load. The same capacity class as commercial plyometric equipment.
Folds to 8.5″ × 12.5″ × 32″ for storage. Take it anywhere: hotel gym, backyard, spare room. It goes wherever you train.
Inflatable surface absorbs impact. No sharp corners. Cushions landings and takes part of the impact out of every rep.
Explosive power, without the wreckage.
Plyometrics build the fast "load and release" your muscles use to jump, sprint, and change direction, the quickest path to power and athleticism. Jumping down from a 20″ box can put 4× your body weight through your ankles, knees, and hips. And in a 2024 study of 308 CrossFit athletes, box jumps had the highest injury rate of any single exercise: 14.3% (Stein et al., Sports Medicine, 2024). The Cube's air chamber absorbs part of that hit, so you commit to every rep.
Your shins, demonstrated.
We dropped a watermelon on a Qmulus Cube, then on a traditional box. One survives. Picture your shins.
Every jump you hesitate on, every rep you bail out of, comes from the same place: the price of a miss. Take the price away and the hesitation goes with it.
The science of the landing.
Four things worth knowing before your first session, whatever your level.
The stretch-shortening cycle
Jumping trains the rapid "load and release" of your muscles and tendons, the engine behind sprinting, changing direction, and everyday explosiveness. Two or three short sessions a week, in line with NSCA guidelines, is enough to build it at every age studied.
Where the force goes
On a hard surface, landing force travels straight into your ankles, knees, and hips. An air chamber absorbs part of that load, so you keep the training stimulus while losing the worst of the impact.
Power, age and longevity
Power fades faster than strength after 50, and jump training is one of the best-documented ways to keep it. A 2018 systematic review found plyometric training in older adults safe and effective, with no increased injury rates reported. A soft, stable surface lowers the barrier that kept people away: fear of the landing.
Step down, every rep
Rebounding off the floor between jumps is how Achilles injuries happen, and recovery can run 9 to 12 months. The CrossFit Open now requires a step-down on box jump-overs. The Cube makes the step-down soft, so the safe habit is also the comfortable one.
Built different. On purpose.

Forgives the miss.
Shock-absorbing top, bounce off, don't bleed.

440 lb, no wobble.
Firm under load so power transfer stays honest.

Folds to 8.5″.
Inflates in 45s, stores in a closet.
Everything to start today.
Everything, in one place.
Safe by design. Smarter with habits.
The Cube removes the sharp corners, the splinters, and the hard landings. A few habits keep every session at its best.
Set it on any flat surface: hardwood, turf, concrete, rubber gym floor. The non-slip base does the rest.
After outdoor or sweaty sessions, wipe the landing surface dry before your next set.
The included electric pump brings the Cube to jump-ready firmness in under 45 seconds. Firm and stable is the goal.
Soft edges and a forgiving surface make it the one piece of gym gear kids gravitate to. Keep the smallest jumpers supervised and let them play.
Wood bruises you. Foam slips on you. Qmulus does neither.
Every plyo box forces a trade-off between solid and safe. We deleted the trade-off.
50+ exercises, every muscle group.

Real people. Real results.
"We always get excited to test out new equipment in the studio. We loved all the things we can do with the cube."
"You can inflate it, deflate it real quick, and it's so safe for these shins. This box is nice and sturdy, it's safe to jump on."
"The cube is half my height and I can still carry it with one arm. I expected flimsy. It is the opposite. Now I jump without that flinch before every rep, and my shins have stayed clean."

When fully inflated, it measures 20″ H × 26″ W × 26″ L. Twenty inches is a standard adult training height, and it sits well below the drop heights researchers associate with elevated injury risk.
We ship from our Dallas, Texas, warehouse, and orders within the U.S. typically arrive in 3 to 5 business days.
With both feet on the floor. Half of the exercises in the guide never leave the ground: step-ups, incline push-ups, dips, seated holds. Start there, add low hops when it feels easy, and treat your first box jump as a milestone in week two or three, not day one.
Twenty inches is the standard adult training height, and you do not have to jump to use it. Beginners get the same benefits from step-ups at the same height. Progress to jumps when step-ups feel easy, and remember: a soft surface means a missed rep costs you nothing.
Two or three sessions a week is the evidence-based dose, with 48 to 72 hours between sessions. More is not better with plyometrics: the quality of each landing beats the quantity.
A 2018 systematic review in Sports Medicine found plyometric training feasible, safe, and beneficial for older adults, with no included study reporting increased injury rates. The Cube makes the entry even gentler: start with step-ups and seated work, and let jumps come when you are ready. If you have a specific medical condition, check with your clinician first.
The air chamber absorbs the landing instead of transmitting it into the floor. It is the same reason the Cube is easy on your joints: the impact goes into the cube, not through it. No wooden thud.
The Cube is built from high-pressure drop-stitch construction, the same technology as inflatable paddleboards, and it is made to take landings, not just hold air. Every Cube is covered by the 2-year warranty. Wipe it clean, store it dry, and it is built to outlast the habit you build on it.
Every reassurance, right here.
