Eligibility
You may return your Qmulus Cube if:

It’s unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

How to Start a Return
Email us at hello@qmulusfitness.com with:

Reason for return
Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label.
Shipping Costs

If your item is defective or incorrect: We cover the return shipping

For all other returns: You’re responsible for shipping costs
Refunds
How It Works
Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method

Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
Partial Refunds
If returned items show signs of use, are missing packaging, or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund.
Exchanges
We’ll gladly exchange any product that arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Orders
If your Qmulus Cube arrives damaged or defective:
