✅ Returns

Eligibility

You may return your Qmulus Cube if:

  • It’s unused, in original condition, and in original packaging

  • The return is initiated within 30 days of delivery

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized products

  • Clearance or final sale items

How to Start a Return

Email us at hello@qmulusfitness.com with:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

Once approved, we’ll send you a return authorization and shipping label.

Shipping Costs

  • If your item is defective or incorrect: We cover the return shipping

  • For all other returns: You’re responsible for shipping costs

Refunds

How It Works

Once we receive and inspect your return, you’ll be notified of the approval status.

  • Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method

  • Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account

Partial Refunds

If returned items show signs of use, are missing packaging, or incomplete, we may issue a partial refund.

Exchanges

We’ll gladly exchange any product that arrives defective or damaged.

Damaged or Defective Orders

If your Qmulus Cube arrives damaged or defective:

  • Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@qmulusfitness.com

  • Please include photos of the item and its packaging

We’ll send a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
