How To Use Qmulus

QMULUS

Unboxing the Box.

Take a look at what's inside once you get your Qmulus. Each purchase includes:

- foldable base/carrying case

- Qmulus box (deflated)

- electric pump

- 4 anchor straps + 1 carrying case retaining strap

Portability Meets Functionality.

Qmulus tucks away in a thin sheet and can be folded up for transport or easy storage. Even the supplied electrical pump fits inside the case. Low on space? We got you covered. The whole Qmulus box and base weights 10 lbs.

Carrying Case is the Base

The Qmulus Cube comes with a two-way air pump that inflates and deflates quickly. This pump is to be plugged into a standard 120-V outlet and attaches securely to the valve on the Qmulus Cube. In about 30-45 secs, you have a firm surface to jump, step, stand on. When you are ready to pack Qmulus away, flip the hose to the other size of the pump and run the pump to release all the air in about 30-45 sec.

**note, the air pump supplied can be used for a single inflation or deflation at a time. Please do not attempt to inflate/deflate multiple units in a row with the same pump or overheating might occur.**

Inflation/Deflation

Qmulus is meant to be a portable, inflatable yet firm surface for activities. We recommend jumping on and stepping off the box, or stepping on and off, or stepping on and over the box for best safety and stability. Rebounding box jumps or box jumps with a heavy external load like dumbbells and kettlebells are not recommended. However, step ups with weight is perfectly fine. Qmulus is rated to withstand 440 lbs/200 kg of load.

Best Practices

The base has anti-slip properties, we recommend using the Qmulus Cube on level, stable surfaces. Surface textures like grass, dirt, concrete are fine and we encourage the usage of Qmulus outdoors.

Qmulus comes with two sides that can be interchangeable in usage. One side has our logo and brandmark, the other has a pair of feet. Depending on which side you prefer, either side has the same weight-bearing properties and can be used interchangably.

Double-Sided Use

Just like most exercise and training tools, safety first. When jumping or stepping on Qmulus, it's best to use shoes with rubber soles intended for athletic endeavors. Avoid shoes that are slick and can puncture Qmulus.
